Saturday Evening, uptown, in another county

Join Santa Monica Review editor Andrew Tonkovich for short readings and a reception to celebrate Santa Monica Review's fall 2007 issue. 5:00 PM today, Saturday October 6, at Skylight Books. The event is free and open to the public.

SMR is a bi-annual national literary arts magazine sponsored by Santa Monica College, founded by writer and teacher Jim Krusoe. It features the literary voices of established authors and emerging writers.

Reading in support of the issue are Monona Wali, Diane Gurman, Stephanie Kerley Schwatz, Ariane Simard, Andrew Tonkovich and more.

There will be another SMR reading on the Westside of LA - at Dutton's on Friday October 19th.
