Celebrate the spring 2010 issue of Santa Monica Review with a reading at UC Irvine Bookstore on Thursday April 29 at 5 PM.
Editor Andrew Tonkovich introduces three readers whose work appears in the newest issue of the bi-annual national literary arts magazine, included in last year’s Best American Short Stories.
ERIK RANGNO received his PhD from UCI, and he teaches at Orange Coast College. The short story in this issue is his first-ever published fiction.
LINDA PURDY is an Orange County poet and fiction writer whose work has appeared in Faultline, The Ear and a previous issue of Santa Monica Review.
GREG BILLS is a graduate of UCI’s MFA Creative Writing program. He is the author of two novels, Consider This Home and Fearful Symmetry. He teaches at the University of Redlands.
