Alimentum: The Literature of Food seeks fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry all around the subject of food. Five-poem limit on poetry submissions. No previously published work. Simultaneous submissions accepted.

Reading period: October 1st, 2008 -- March 15th, 2009.
